Experience Healing Through Dance on a Rebounder

Revitalize Your Life at Bound to Dance

Our Mission: To help people have fun, develop their own creativity, and create a healing, spiritual experience through dance.

Child Jumping Indoor

Our Story

We blend traditional rebounding exercises with creative dance to help people connect with their bodies unashamed while getting a great workout. On Sundays, we have prayer time together at the beginning of the session, then spend the rest of the time worshipping our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

About Me

Meet Your Instructor

I'm Jenna Merrill, founder of Bound to Dance. When I was hit with really bad arthritis, 2 forms of Epstein Barr virus, a Bartonella infection, and a herpesvirus 6 infection in late November of 2025, jumping on my rebounder to music was THE thing that made me feel most alive, like I could do just about anything. It would help me get out of my depression, and help my brain think clearer. Worshipping God while jumping on the rebounder transported me to a whole new level of of spirituality. I also discovered I have Electromagnetic Sensitivity Syndrome, which means very high sensitivity to EMFs that were making all of my infections feel worse and more painful. Through all this, I wanted to create a safe, low EMF space where people can experience joy, creativity, connection with their bodies and with God, and the freedom to express themselves through dance.

Health Benefits

Discover the benefits of choosing Bound to Dance. From lymphatic drainage, to brain and joint health, we have got you covered!

Lymphatic Drainage

The restorative effects of a rebounder workout can help flush bacteria, toxins, and other waste from your body, and really get your lymphatic system moving. You'll be left feeling cleansed from the inside out! It also boosts your immune system and minimizes the number of abdominal problems, digestive interruptions, colds, and allergies.

Brain Health

Rebounding improves your memory by improving blood circulation to the brain, which aids in proper brain function and memory in elderly adults. It also increases blood flow to muscles that haven't been used, loosens the overused ones and triggers the release of endorphins (your brain's natural calming aid). This also helps feelings of anxiety and depression go down. A few minutes can calm you down and help your tension from the day melt away.

Joint Health

Rebounding offers significant joint health benefits by reducing impact, promoting joint lubrication, and strengthening the deep stabilizing muscles surrounding the knees, hips, and ankles. The continuous up and down motion of bouncing acts like a pump for your cartilage. This movement promotes the circulation of synovial fluid, which lubricates the joints and delivers vital nutrients to keep cartilage moving smoothly. Also, clinical insights published in journals like BMC Musculoskeletal Disorders and the Journal of Clinical Rheumatology show that the gentle, repetitive motion of rebounding can actually reduce osteoarthritis pain and improve overall daily joint function more effectively than walking.
